US Navy Captain's Silverware is standardized in the King's Design with a Federal War Eagle Clutching Arrows as the Engraved Topmark reserved only for the Captain's Mess (Captain's Cabin or Captain's Wardroom). Same Federal Eagle Clutching Arrows as the Engraved Topmark is also used on all Silverplated Captain's Holloware and Serving Pieces.

The below photos of Navy Captain's silverware illustrate the engraved eagle clutching arrows as found on dinner knife handles, most knife blades, spoon and fork handles made for the Captain's Mess.
