While these nautical trestles were made specifically for Liberty Ship Hatch Covers they can also be used for any table top of your choice. They come unfinished so that you can choose the stain which best fits your nautical home decor, or the stain of your hatch cover!

The Pirate's Lair can also stain and then complete the nautical furniture piece with a special protective coat (a special mixture of spar varnish and protective oils) which will provide a nice shiny hard surface to the trestle for years of use for an additional $125.

This 1880 Pirate treasure chest is an example of what buccaneers, privateers and pirates used as pirate chests. Captains of galleons and merchantment also used these as their sea chests, and you can use them as antique pirate treasure chests for your nautical furniture theme and nautical chest decor

These are truly a vintage china flat top sea chest or silverware chest as well as an antique sea chest. A captains sea chest and are also great for a waterfront home as a nautical pirates treasure chests, pirate chests or china chests. Any nautical chests at The Pirates Lair, either a flatop treasure chest or a dome top pirate chest, are authentic vintage 100 to 150 year old flat top sea chests.

While you may see sea chests like this in the movie "Master and Commander", or as a pirates treasure chests in "The Pirates of the Caribbean", they are not movie props but the real thing!
All of the offered captains sea chests and pirate treasure chests could be plucked right out of the move set of Master and Commander, but the pirate chests offered by The Pirates Lair are authentic!
A treasure chests could also be used as an antique hope chest regular old sea chest, a nautical sea chests or nautical chests. They com as flat top chests or Domed Chests.
If you ever want some authentic captains sea chests or a pirate treasure chest, (even pirate chests and pirate treasure chests), The Pirates Lair is the place to come!
