This Wooden Hatch Cover Measures 59"L x 29"W x 3"D and features patches of the original gray/green paint, original embedded nails used to secure the huge canvas sheets to make the hold watertight, and even remnants of the canvas that came nailed to the trunk AND even the USPTO Patent No!

This hatch has been cleaned and lightly sanded to remove all of the grit, grime and salt which it accumulated while used at sea while meticulously leaving remnants as mentioned above. The Wooden Hatch Cover is ready for final restoration into a table of your choice - you can select the stain or just leave as-is with 2 or 3 coats of Spar Varnish!

THIS WOODEN HATCH COVER IS RAW, HAS NEVER BEEN STAINED! READY FOR IT'S FIRST RESTORATION
