The photo to the left shows the 5 Piece Placesetting (less the Serving Bowl in upper left), of Candadian Armed Forces, Royal Canadian Navy China being offered. This "older style" of Combined Armed Forces, Royal Canadian Naval China was produced by Syracuse China of Canada circa 1970's to 1980's. This China pattern is white with a smooth texture, gold band just around the inside edge, with a gold Canadian Navy Armed Forces Insignia which consists of a Fluked and Fouled Naval Anchor, Propeller, and Crossed Swords surrounded by leaves topped with a Crown.
Most recently Canadian Naval China has been produced by "Susie Cooper" which is a member of the Wedgewood Group of England. This "newer style" china is also white and uses the exact same insigina but instead of a smooth body it has "swirls". Both patterns of china are very elegantly nautical and could be used as everyday dinnerware or for special formal dining-in occasions.
