Pirate Treasure Chest #96 is a beautiful, RARE EXTRA large size all metal Dome top Sea Chest with oak slats and leather handles. Inside is pine or ash wood body with a beautiful medium patina which only 100+ year old wood can achieve. This Antique Nautical Chest is befitting the most discerning Pirate, Captain or Executive to store his or her treasures!

This sea chest has been masterfully and painstakingly restored with the original brass fixtures, canvas which originally covered the pine or ash was removed exposing the dark golden patina. New sturdy leather handles and over the body leather straps were replaced as well as a separate handcrafted wooden holding tray. There is PLENTY of wonderful Oak straps front, back, sides and top along with intricate hardware. Outstanding Antique Nautical Furniture as a centerpiece in your home and a family heirloom.



Dome Top nautical chests were not normally made this large, this is another rare find at The Pirate's Lair for the hard to please pirate, buccaneer or privateer!

These are truly a vintage china flat top sea chest or silverware chest as well as an antique sea chest. A captains sea chest and are also great for a waterfront home as a nautical pirates treasure chests, pirate chests or china chests. Any nautical chests at The Pirates Lair, either a flatop treasure chest or a dome top pirate chest, are authentic vintage 100 to 150 year old flat top sea chests.

While you may see sea chests like this in the movie "Master and Commander", or as a pirates treasure chests in "The Pirates of the Caribbean", they are not movie props but the real thing!
All of the offered captains sea chests and pirate treasure chests could be plucked right out of the move set of Master and Commander, but the pirate chests offered by The Pirates Lair are authentic!
A treasure chests could also be used as an antique hope chest regular old sea chest, a nautical sea chests or nautical chests. They com as flat top chests or Domed Chests.
