Also used as a Serving Plate. Burgandy and gold stripes along the edge with gold EGA in center. Produced and backstamped by Shenango China Date Code 1954 w/ Special Factory Production Code. It appears that this Starter Plate was an "add on" purchase to an existing pattern.
